It was hot while I was in LA and decided to try bingsoo. Never had it but it sounded good...and it was good! The texture is nice and light, the flavor was good. I was surprised by the attention to detail in the layers! Just as good on the bottom as it was on the top. Bring this stuff to Indiana!

Great Bingso! Big portions! We got the Mango Bingo, Green Tea Bingso, and a Cinnamon Toast. Very delicious!

Decided to get to-go since the dine-in wait was 35 minutes. Turns out to-go ended up being a 35 minute wait as well. The coffee bingsoo tastes fantastic. I'd definitely recommend trying it out if it's not as crazy busy as it was on this Saturday evening.

It was my first time going here. I went here alone. Staff were very attentive and kind. They were really on top of cleaning tables after every party and despite only having one machine working and an hour wait time. The order actually came pretty quickly! I ordered an earl grey bingsu, I love the fruits and the fragrant tea flavor and it looked so cute. Side note; they don't take cash ; ; so have your card ready! Would definitely happily come back again.

Although the service was unorganized, I loved the bing su we had. They were out of a lot of items (seasonal) and were out of toast as well. I would call and check before going if you're looking for something specific like mango bing su or watermelon bing su. I had the strawberry bing su and it was fantastic, with lovely balance between strawberries and ice. The ice they used was finely shaved and really great quality toppings with fresh strawberries. The staff was a bit stressed with the out of stock items but kind nonetheless.

This place is very unfriendly and sanitary conditions are poor. The table is very dirty and smells. I have doubts as to how they can maintain such hygienic conditions and run a food business like this. When you order food, it takes about 20 minutes to come out. They are not skilled employees and the employees always change. So you have to wait patiently for the pleasure. Owners must be more diligent to maintain clean and hygienic conditions. I had the worst shaved ice experience I've ever had at this place.

Great place for some cold and refreshing dessert! Though, their sulbing isn’t like traditional Korean sulbing; it’s not hard and crunchy like ice, but more softer like shaved milk and sugar. It isn’t overly sweet, which is nice, but it still has a good flavor. We ordered the black sesame and the injeolmi, and the toppings for both were delicious. Not all bowls come with red bean, so you may have to order it separately. Also, the portion size for one bowl is rather large, so I recommend sharing if possible. One thing is that the food took a while to come out, but they could be because the shop was a bit crowded.

Bingsoo is the ultimate dish to cool down from the summer heat! This place is located in a nice mall in Korea Town of LA, and you can easily validate the parking in the mall. This place is quite popular and crowded, given the high quality of Bingsoo served at this place.
